"...Oh where, oh where, can my baby be?
The Lord took her away from me
She's gone to Heaven so I've got to be good
So I can see my baby when I leave this world

We were out on a date in my daddy's car
We hadn't driven very far
There in the road, straight ahead
A car was stalled, the engine was dead

I couldn't stop, so I swerved to the right
I'll never forget, the sound that night
The screamin' tires, the bustin' glass
The painful scream that I heard last

Oh where, oh where, can my baby be?
The Lord took her away from me
She's gone to Heaven so I've got to be good
So I can see my baby when I leave this world

When I woke up the rain was pouring down
There were people standing all around
Something warm, flowing through my eyes

But somehow I found, my baby that night

I lifted her head she looked at me and said
"Hold me darling just a little while"
I held her close I kissed her our last kiss
I found the love that I knew I had missed

Well now she's gone even though I hold her tight
I lost my love, my life, that night ....."

Message to bring across from the lyrics...
Drive safely my friends.
Better to be safe than sorry.
Singapore roads aren't as safe as we thought they are.

Tiring and "shack out".
Great weather today, with scorching sun shining through the clouds over Sentosa SSB every now and then.
The usual "round-robin" beach vball for the whole afternoon is indeed drainong me away, especially under the hot but thankful sun!

"Natural Body scrub", and " Thermal-Foot-Reflexology" Thrown In.

realise that beach vball is a great socialising game besides the usual adrenalin pumping action and agility demanding sports.

Surprising Findings No1:
Met a JC school-mate whom I never spoke to in JC. The type where we dont really know each others name well, but know the existenece of this particular person in the school.
Surprisingly, thru interaction after vball games, we began chatting up and asking about how each other has been doing lately.. Kinda like old frens who met up for a reunion.. haha...

Surprising Findings No.2:
Most peole are sociable frenly human beings.
Not hard to established frieendship after games.
such that it might only be the 2nd time we have met each other, but conversation and companion feels like that of long time friends.

There's a "Balloon" event in Sentosa today. And there were Sec Schools Military band performing.
Have always admire the wonderous pieces played and the synchronised marching and fanciful moves and manourve of musical instruments in their hands. (and the Band major juggling of the "mast")
In fact, I had been yearning to join such military bands in Sec schoolsd, but due to my "tone-deafness" and negatively inclination to musical notes/instrument, it never materialise.
Too bad, didnt get to stay to watch the performance, cos was rushing off for shower and dinner... hmm.. must catch it again next time..

Great day.

Reminder Message: Drive/Ride Safely. Many people out there loves you.
