Tropical Contact High

To make up for the lack of blogging, i shall have more updates today. Afterall, today's a HOLIDAY!!

Love the sense of dreamy state and pleasure from having this song being played over and over again....

"...Off the Florida Keys
There's a place called Kokomo
That's where you wanna go to get away from it all
Bodies in the sand
Tropical drink melting in your hand
We'll be
falling in love
To
the rhythm of a steel drum band
Down in Kokomo

We'll
get there fast
And then we'll take it slow
That's where we wanna go
Way down to Kokomo
To
Martinique, that Monserrat mystique
We'll
put out to sea
And we'll perfect our chemistry
By
and by we'll defy a little bit of gravity
Afternoon delight
Cocktails and moonlit nights
That dreamy look in your eye
Give me a tropical contact high..."

So i dream, one day that i will be able to make it to Maldives.
Why the suden interest in Maldives? Cos i came across a series of scenic pictures in the newspaper "promoting" Maldives after the tragic killer wave incident last december. Surprisingly, according to the report, the natural corals along the Island has lessen the impact and cause little damage done to what's below in the sea bed.

Maldives, so near yet so far...
so near, cos it's only situated in Southern Asia, in the Indian Ocean, south-southwest of India.
So far, cos i wonder when i can afford the money and time to be there, without and care and worries, and probably to experience the kind of "Tropical Contact High" and feel the bodies in the sand.

I would love to own such an accommodation... reaches right out to the sea!!

A water-suite

For now, I will just settle for those "experiences" in my wonderful homeland island resort, Sentosa!
lol.
