Singapore, Safe?

Guess what... Singapore is not as safe as it seems....
Picture this...
I walked to my car at a multi-story carpark at 3am.
Surprise, surprise...
The spoiler on my car was gone, window'sender were also obviously detached away..

Some mother fucker who is so hard up for money had resorted taking it away from my car.
pity him/them... they cant afford something that was 3 years old and cost barely $100.
Well it's an undeniable fact that security of the car is the onus of the carpark operator. afterall, they are protected by an exemption clause.

Was pissed, but 庆幸的是,its not a sabotage, and the rest of my carr donot suffered from any disfigure-ment...
well, just take it as a chance to change a spoiler then..

knowing that making a police report will be of zero value, at least that will make them aware S'pore is not as safe as everyone thought...

WTF!! How could they (the thieves) do that?!?!

I cannot agree more regarding the police part. A couple of years ago, my car first got scratched and I went to the police. A couple of months passed and my car got scratched again, I went to the police again (same police station). At that juncture, I asked the police what happened to my first incident and if there were any investigations. Their response was "What do you expect us to do for such random scratching incidents?"... ... While there is probably some truth in that but I was a little thrown by their response as this was not what I was expecting from the police... ...

After that event, I learnt from other fellow carpark users that particular carpark is particularly proned to such incidents. I shifted by car since then to the multi-storey carpark.

BTW, are you sure the front spoiler cost only $100?? I thought it cost a lot more than that.
