Well, at least you've got 8 hours of sleep as part of a regular cycle. There are jobs out there where sleeping is a luxury ... ...
How do one manage 10 laps everyday before work? Let me count.... Assuming the swim and tan is done in 1hrs. Gym = 1hr; Wash up = 30mins; Working = 10hrs; sleeping = 8hrs; lunch = 1hr This leaves 24- 1.5 - 1 - 10 - 8 - 1= only 2.5hrs of spare time left to transport, morning get ready to work, after-work-back-home-personal-admin...etc
