Lifestyle Version 1.0

500M swim,
20 Mins of tan,
an hour of Gym,

embarking on 10 hours of work,
followed by 8 hours of sleep thereafter...

healthy but mundane lifestyle?

Well, at least you've got 8 hours of sleep as part of a regular cycle. There are jobs out there where sleeping is a luxury ... ...

How do one manage 10 laps everyday before work? Let me count.... Assuming the swim and tan is done in 1hrs. Gym = 1hr; Wash up = 30mins; Working = 10hrs; sleeping = 8hrs; lunch = 1hr This leaves 24- 1.5 - 1 - 10 - 8 - 1= only 2.5hrs of spare time left to transport, morning get ready to work, after-work-back-home-personal-admin...etc

well, I saw your hokkaido meter.... I am sure all this is worth it when your chalk up for your dream... ... most of us work, often to pursue other dreams.... ...
