Break the Ice!



Kaoz... today's sun is merciless...

dam dehydrated and shagged out after teh 2 trg sesson...
some more from 12 - 2 and 4-6...
stil damn hot and burnign at 4-6...

really 佩服those school tams who can like train 3-4 times a week plus land trainings...
they realy deserved the glory...
